A Matrix of Destiny Reading with Columbus Creator and Iconic Coffee Connoisseur

Some conversations crack something open.

Not because they tell you anything you didn’t already know… but because they hand your own truth back to you in a language your soul instantly recognizes.

That’s what happened during my recent Matrix of Destiny session with local Columbus creator Ash.

Before we even got into their chart, we were already talking about tarot, creativity, intuition, and the strange tension of being someone who feels deeply called toward expansion while simultaneously trying to stay safe from visibility.

Which actually ended up being the entire reading.

First a refesher: What Is the Matrix of Destiny?

The Matrix of Destiny is a modality that blends numerology and tarot archetypes into a soul map built entirely from your birth date.

It’s popular in Eastern Europe, though still relatively unknown in the United States. Every number in the chart corresponds to a Major Arcana archetype, creating a layered blueprint of your inner self, outer self, karmic lessons, money patterns, relationships, purpose, and soul evolution.

And when it lands, it lands.

Ash came into the session already familiar with tarot symbolism, which made the conversation even richer. The reading became less about prediction and more about recognition. A remembering.

The Wheel of Fortune as the Inner Self

Ash’s inner self archetype is the Wheel of Fortune.

People with this archetype are what I lovingly call “darlings of fate.” They often experience life as a series of meaningful coincidences, unexpected openings, perfectly timed encounters, and invisible support systems that seem to appear exactly when needed.

The lesson? Stop trying to force what is already trying to flow toward you.

Throughout the reading, Ash kept returning to this idea:

“Every time I get out of my own way, things flow.”

That is pure Wheel of Fortune energy.

Not a life without hardship. Not effortless success.

But a life where alignment matters more than control.

Where intuition opens doors logic could never predict.

Where over-planning can actually interrupt destiny.

The Moon archetype carries depth, intuition, emotional intelligence, psychic sensitivity, and a rich subconscious world that other people can feel, even if they don’t fully understand it.

People with strong Moon energy often feel both deeply seen and deeply misunderstood.

During the reading, Ash spoke about their relationship with lunar rituals, moon water, emotional cycles, and the importance of creating simple, embodied spiritual practices.

One of my favorite moments was hearing about their daily ritual:

Making coffee with moon water while invoking specific feelings: abundance, focus, gratitude…and physically locating those emotions in the body. Not performative spirituality. Not aesthetic spirituality.

Embodied spirituality.

The kind that actually changes you.

And that’s the thing I keep noticing over and over again with people who carry Moon energy:

Their magic lives in the small rituals.

Not the spectacle. And Ash? They’ve got it down!

The Rebel Karmic Tail

One of the most emotionally charged parts of the reading was Ash’s karmic tail.

Their chart carried a combination known as “The Rebel” which represented through The Devil, Judgment, and The Hierophant tarot cards.

This energy often points toward ancestral healing, breaking inherited cycles, questioning family systems, and choosing a path radically different from the one you were handed.

And as Ash spoke about sobriety, generational trauma, estrangement, inherited pain, and consciously deciding not to pass certain patterns forward, the archetypes became almost startlingly literal.

What struck me most wasn’t the heaviness of the story. It was the clarity.

The awareness.

The willingness to look directly at difficult things without flinching.

There was no spiritual bypassing in this conversation.

No pretending healing is always beautiful. Just honesty.

And in many ways, that’s exactly what this karmic combination asks for.

Not perfection: Consciousness.

The Money Line: Expansion, Visibility, and Leadership

Ash’s money line revealed something I see constantly in highly intuitive creatives:

A deep fear of expansion existing alongside an enormous capacity for it.

Their chart repeatedly emphasized leadership, visibility, education, mentorship, and building structures that help others. But it also highlighted the emotional complexity of being seen.

Especially as someone navigating the world in a femme-presenting way.

We talked about how visibility can feel dangerous.

How perfectionism becomes a form of protection.

How many creatives delay putting their work into the world because they believe they need one more certification, one more course, one more layer of readiness.

Meanwhile, their soul is practically screaming: “You already know enough. Begin.”

The Hierophant appeared again in Ash’s money line, reinforcing the idea that abundance flows through teaching, sharing wisdom, mentoring, storytelling, and helping others understand themselves.

If you’ve ever interacted with Ash online, you can feel that energy immediately.

Their community isn’t built on performance.

It’s built on trust. As someone who had the honor of interacting with Ash’s community as someone featured in one of their Instagram posts, their community is full of supportive and authentic people. And in a trust recession?! That can’t be faked or bought. Only curated.

The Artist Wound

Toward the end of the reading, the conversation unexpectedly shifted into art.

Perfectionism. Vulnerability. The terror of creating something deeply personal and letting other people see it. And this might have been my favorite part of the entire session.

Because underneath all the archetypes and spiritual language was something painfully human:

The fear that if people reject what you create, they’re rejecting you.

Ash spoke about the importance of art throughout their life.

About creating for self-expression instead of praise.

About the strange vulnerability of posting creative work online and allowing people to interpret it through their own experiences.

At one point, we talked about how a piece of art changes the moment another person sees it.

How meaning multiplies. How interpretation becomes collaboration.

And how sometimes the deepest creative healing comes from realizing you no longer need complete control over how your work is received.

You simply need the courage to release it.

The Before-40 / After-40 Threshold

One of the most fascinating aspects of the Matrix of Destiny system is that it divides life into two major energetic eras:

Before 40. After 40.

Ash currently stands right on that threshold. And you could feel it.

The first half of their life carried strong Wheel of Fortune energy: learning trust, surrender, intuition, resilience, and alignment through dramatic cycles of expansion and contraction.

But the post-40 archetype shifts into Strength.

Not force. Not domination.

True strength.

The kind rooted in emotional intelligence, leadership, wisdom, compassion, and using personal power in service of others. And after hearing their story, it already feels like that transition has begun.

Final Thoughts

The most beautiful part of this session wasn’t how “accurate” the chart was.

It was watching someone recognize themselves in real time.

Watching someone realize:

That’s what I love most about this work.
